We will give your generator an annual check-up each year to ensure your generator is running smoothly. Additionally, with Generac’s Mobile Link remote monitoring, we can see the status of your generator in real time all year long.
Your generator sends us diagnostic testing reports so we can resolve and repair your generator if needed.

Our Generator Maintenance package includes:
- Change oil with a high-quality synthetic oil with the specified weight for our area of the country
- Change oil filter w/ genuine Generac oil filter
- Change air filter w/ genuine Generac air filter
- Change spark plugs w/ genuine Generac spark plugs
- Cleanup overall generator to wipe away build up and corrosive silt.
- Check battery condition with electronic battery testing tool for proper voltage, sulfide level and appropriate CCA available.
- Check generator running output voltage - loaded & unloaded
- Check frequency output - loaded and unloaded
- Test auto transfer switch operation with a power down test and lubricate moving parts.
